Q1) Do we accept Cash on Delivery orders?
Ans: We accept Cash on delivery orders for buyers only within Guwahati, Assam. We accept prepaid orders for buyers who belong to other cities and states of India.
Q2) What payment methods do we accept?
Ans: Our payment methods are UPI payment or online bank transfer.
Q3) How long does it take to process an order before it is dispatched?
Ans: The products which are ready in stock can be dispatched within 24-48 hours after order placement and receiving payment, whereas for the products which needs to be manufactured after order placement will require 15-20 days approx for dispatch. The buyer needs to pay 50% advance for order confirmation & to begin production and the balance amount needs to be paid before order dispatch
Q4) Whether we offer free shipping for orders?
Ans: We do not offer free shipping. After we receive the buyer's order request, we will be estimating the approximate shipping charge with our courier partner based on the volumetric weight of the shipment package and the buyer's pincode. After estimating, we will be informing the buyer regarding the approx shipping cost. If the buyer agrees to pay the required shipping cost then we proceed with order.
Q4) Who are our transport partners and how long does it take for delivery?
Ans: We ship our orders through Rivigo transport services, India post. The courier takes around 8-9 days for delivery. Shipment tracking details will be shared to the buyer after order dispatch.
Q5) What is the next process after placing order on the website?
Ans: After we receive the buyer's order request, we will revert within 24 hours. At first we will check the product's stock availability, estimate the approximate shipping charge and then inform all the details to the buyer. If the buyer agrees to proceed with the order, then we share the order invoice and payment details accordingly
Q6) Whether the products listed on the website include GST charges?
Ans: No, GST charges are extra for all the products listed on the website. 12% GST extra for all furniture and 5% GST extra for small handicraft items.
Q7) Whether packing charges are extra for the items listed on the website?
Ans: Yes, packing charges are extra. The exact packing charges will be informed to the buyer via WhatsApp after the order request is received.
